I ordered a hamper from regencyhampers.com and expected I’d have to chase something up or find a random substitute in there. I still went through the whole order line by line when it arrived, which was a bit of effort I could’ve done without.

To be fair, everything was exactly what I picked and matched the order details, so no complaints there. It’s just nice when a company gets it right without turning it into extra work for the customer

The hamper did arrive on time, I think — or at least around when I was expecting it, though I might be getting the delivery date mixed up. Either way, a few items had been swapped out for cheaper-looking alternatives and I wasn’t really told clearly beforehand. It felt a bit disappointing, to be honest

The card looked really nice in person, better than I expected. It felt kind of like one of those nicer store-bought cards, but.....

I ordered a hamper from Regency Hampers and, i was really pleased with it. You know how some hampers look nice at first but then it’s just a few random cheap bits inside? This didn’t feel like that at all. The biscuits and chocolates were fresh, nicely packed, and the whole thing just felt good quality. I sent it as a gift and the person who received it said everything tasted great, so... yeah, happy with that. I’d definitely use them again.
